Primary outcome: Lanza scores
Secondary outcome: safety of three treatments

Minimum age: 50 Years.

Inclusion Criteria:
- Healthy male or non-pregnant female subjects greater than or equal to 50 years as well
as other standard inclusion criteria for a study of this nature
