The aim of the present study is to investigate the influence of systemic exercise, rosiglitazone administration and combined pharmaceutical and lifestyle intervention on cardiovascular risk factors

Primary outcome: Cardiovascular risk factors alterations

Eligibility

Minimum age: 40 Years. Maximum age: 75 Years. Gender(s): Both.

Criteria:

Inclusion Criteria:

- Type II diabetes mellitus

- Poor glycemic control

Exclusion Criteria:

- Heart failure

- Renal disease

- Liver disease

- Cardiovascular event
