Summary
The purpose of the study is to determine whether combination of brinzolamide and brimonidine
is safe and effective in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.

Study design: Treatment, Randomized, Double Blind (Subject, Caregiver, Investigator, Outcomes Assessor), Parallel Assignment
Primary outcome: Mean IOP
Secondary outcome: Visual acuityOcular Signs Fundus Parameters Pulse/Blood Pressure
Eligibility
Minimum age: 18 Years.
Maximum age: N/A.
Gender(s): Both.
Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients 18 years of age or older, of either sex and of any race diagnosed with
open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Any form of glaucoma other than open-angle glaucoma
- angle grade less than Grade 2
- cup/disc ratio greater than 0. 80
- severe central visual field loss
- chronic, recurrent or severe eye conditions
- anticipated/current use of contraindicated medications
- severe systemic conditions
