Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
- elective CABG and aortic valve cardiac patients,
- previous use of beta blocker
Exclusion Criteria:
- Previous episodes of Atrial fibrillation or flutter,
- II or II degree atrioventricular block, uncontrolled heart failure
- Sick sinus syndrome
