    Dosage: initially given every other week,then monthly,cumulative dose 650mg,resatarted after 18months

Etoposide
    Dosage: 25 mg/day on alternate days; max 100mg daily (50 mg/m2 cumu dose:11.5 g/m2 over 31 months

Celecoxib
    Dosage: also taken 400mg bid 430mg/m2
    Administration route: Oral
    Indication: Medulloblastoma

Thalidomide
    Dosage: also taken 50mg 3mg/kg
