| Benefits: | | I've used 40mg Inderal for situational anxiety a few times per month over the past 6 years. I found it to be very effective when taken 30min to 1hr prior to public speaking, large social gatherings, dates, and other anxiety provoking situations. It really helps decrease signs of nervousness resulting from the fight-or-flight response, such as increased heart rate, sweaty palms, and dry mouth. |

| Benefits: | | The major benefit of taking this medication was a decrease in the signs and symptoms of anxiety that I experience when in social situations. It prevents the elevation in heart rate that I normally get, as well as preventing dry mouth, sweaty palms, etc. As a result, I am much more able to focus on the task at hand. |
