Reported Results
Benefits:   This is the only treatment, besides cortizone shots, that had any effect. My outbreaks consisted of opened , cracked sores (up to 9 at a time)on my fingers that were extremely painful. With a shot of cortizone every couple of years, Clobex takes care of the rest. When I do not have an outbreak( and outbreaks are very mild if I treat them right away, I only use it a couple of times a week for prevention. I should mention that I need to be very careful and use gloves for many household cleaning tasks.
Side effects:   Nothing bad.
Comments:   Put a very small amount on my hands, smooth over all of my fingers. Use twice a day during an active outbreak. Use a couple of times a week thereafter, as prevention. I also use lots of moisturizer and wear gloves for cleaning tasks, etc.
