| Comments: | | I believe you mean the treatment of the disease. For me it was taking my medication Asacol, and watching my diet. I understand foods have different effects on different individuals. For me, avoiding foods high in fat, avoiding excessive sugars and high fiber foods (popcorn, nuts) made the difference for me. The drug w/o diet would not work.
Should stress be factored, that too, weighed heavily. |
