Valium is a brand of diazepam, a drug of benzodiazepine class. Clonazepam is another drug of benzodiazepine class. Since both belong to the same class of drugs, their effects are similar in many ways but not identical.

So, strictly speaking there is no valium in clonazepam, there is only clonazepam in clonazepam. However, the effects of clonazepam are largely similar to the effects of valium (diazepam).
