Well, kind of. The molecule of Topamax (topiramate) contains sulfonamide group and in that sense it is similar to the class of antibiotics often called sulfa drugs, which also contain sulfonamide group. However, Topamax is not used as antibiotic and may not even have much of antibacterial activity.
