Anastrozole is used as anticancer but is it a cytotoxic drug or not.

Anastrozole is not cytotoxic. It is aromatase inhibitor, i.e. it works by reducing the production of estrogens, which is useful in treating estrogen-sensitive cancers, such as certain breast and ovarian cancers.
