Can Tricor cause inability to void and have bowel movements?

Constipation is listed as one of the relatively common side effects of Tricor. Urinary retention is not listed as among common side effects of Tricor. Rare/unusual side effects are possible with almost any drug but it would be prudent to look for other possible causes as well. In any case, you need to talk to your doctor who knows your history.
