Does Naltrexone interfere with antidepressants such as Zoloft?

Are you talking about typical naltrexone doses (e.g. 50 -100 mg) or low dose naltrexone (under 5 mg)?

In any case, there is very little published research on combining naltrexone with antidepressants, particularly SSRI-s like Zoloft (sertraline). In one study, a combination of naltrexone and sertraline (Zoloft) was given to patients suffering from both alcoholism and depression. In that group, the study concluded, naltrexone and sertraline provided synergistic benefits.
