Can you have flu vaccine on Letrozole?

Letrozole 2.5 mg per day since March 2012 for Ovarian Cancer due to amount of Oestrogen in body.  This is my 3rd occurrence of Ovarian Cancer since 1997.
Would like to know if Flu Jab is OK to have while on Letrozole.  Next CT scan will be November to see if tablet is still working to stop tumour growing or even reduce it.
Too dangerous for surgery & no chemo due to low platelets since 2009.

By itself, Letrozole does not appear to constitute a contraindication. However, whether it makes sense to have a flu vaccine in your case depends on many factors, such as the condition of your immune system, the type of vaccine (inactivated or live) and many others. You need to discuss this with your doctor.
