This is a combination of atenolol and chlorthalidone. It is used to treat high blood pressure. Atenolol is a beta-blocker (reduces blood pressure by decreasing heart rate and force of contractions) and chlorthalidone is a diuretic (reduces blood pressure by decreasing the total volume of blood).
