Where to report allergic / adverse reaction to a drug?

On Lantus for over a year, no problem. Switched to Levemir...my normal injection of 13 units, but due to many drug sensitivies, only took 8 units of Levemir. I noticed the metallic taste in mouth almost immediately, then over the course of 24 hrs, pimples, hives reaction in mouth, throat and swollen tongue. Also had diahrea for nearly 23 hours. :( . I am Chronic Kidney Failure stage 4, and was told by nephrologist to take nothing to do bowel cleansing. I had no idea Levemir would cause this. I also lost 14 lbs in one day! I take Edecrin (diuretic) Calictriol (vit D) Cardizem cd 180 mg. (For tachycardia) . Where can i report negative reactions to regarding Levemir?
