Is Ecotrin the same as Bayer. Does it have 81 mg low dose?

Both Ecotrin and Bayer are brands of aspirin. Both are sold in regular dose of 325 mg (for use as anti-inflammatory)  and low dose of 81 mg (foe use as a blood thinner). The only difference is that Ecotrin is enteric coated and is dissolved in your intestine  rather than in your stomach. As a result, Ecotrin may produce somewhat fewer gastric side effects. But keep in mind that enteric coating does not eliminate GI risks of aspirin altogether.
