This wouldn't be a typical side effect of erythromycin. Unusual side-effects of erythromycin or other antibiotics are possible. In particular, antibiotics kill off a lot of bacteria in the gut, which might lead of a variety of effects on the body. However, it is also possible that something else is causing your symptoms. Make sure to talk to your doctor about this.
