Does keppra show in a urine sample?

Keppra can be tested for in the blood and possibly in the urine too. However, if you are talking about drug screening test (e.g. like the one some employers require), then Keppra is unlikely to be tested for because it is not a narcotic and is not in the commonly abused categories of drugs.
