Darkening of nails after beginning of anti-fungal treatment is usually a sign of the fungus dying off. So, unless there is some other coincidental cause, this may be a sign that the treatment is working. But make sure to have your doctor or podiatrist look at it to verify that the treatment is progressing as expected.
