From that page

"NUMORPHAN (oxymorphone hydrochloride, USP), a semi-synthetic opioid substitute for morphine, is a potent analgesic. NUMORPHAN Suppository is indicated for the relief of moderate to severe pain."

It means it is a very potent opium based pain reliever.
