Ativan is a highly addictive benzodiazipan and should only be used infrequently to avoid the complications of addiction. If you tell me more about your anxiety, sarastalman@gmail.com, I can recommend an alternative. Specifically, how long have you experience anxiety? Is it situational or does it come on out of the blue?
