Does Cozaar (losartan potassium) changes serum potassium level?

i want to ask about serum potassium level after having treatment with losartan potassium, generally ARBs cause increase in serum potassium level while when we are giving losartan potassium the potassium attached with losartan will also cause a rise in potassium level? to what extent? if not then where does that potassium goes?

Even for people taking the maximum dose of Cozaar (losartan potassium), which is 100 mg/day, the resulting extra intake of potassium will be just a few milligrams, which is far less than what one would get from food. Such small amounts of additional potassium are very unlikely to have any noticeable effect on serum potassium level.
