After two months on glucophage any side effects to go off it?

Generally, it is uncommon to have side effects during the withdrawal of metformin, except perhaps for the increased risk of development or progression of diabetes over the longer run. But unusual reactions are always possible, so changes in drug regimen should always be coordinated with your doctor who knows your history.
