Each five-sided dye free MOTOFEN® tablet contains:
Difenoxin (as the hydrochloride).

MOTOFEN® (difenoxin hydrochloride with atropine sulfate) is indicated as adjunctive therapy in the management of acute nonspecific diarrhea and acute exacerbations of chronic functional diarrhea.
